Rafiki Twinflex Two Wire Fire Alarm System
Please find above a full range of Discount Fire Extinguishers's Fike / Rafiki Twinflex Two Wire Conventional Fire Alarm Systems. Including main control panels, optical smoke and heat detectors, combined detectors with sounder, manual call points, manual call points with built in sounder, beacons, sounder and interfaces.
These systems allow a single zone circuit to be installed using only one circuit per zone. Each zone circuit can connect both detectors and sounder, giving a saving on installation costs over traditional non-addressable fire alarm systems.
The Fike / Rafiki Twinflex systems all fully comply to the relevant British Standards and EN standards.
The control panels are available in 2, 4 and 8 Zones.
Rafiki Twinflex Two Wire Fire Alarm System Detectors
The Rafiki Twinflex system uses the multipoint type detectors. These detectors are extremely versatile as each one is capable of working as either a smoke detector or heat detector. This is achieved by adjusting switches on the detector depending on whether the detector should be a smoke or heat sensor. The multipoint detector is also available with or without an integral sounder. This means that a single point can provide not only a detection point but also an audible warning that the fire alarm system has been activated. This reduces the need to install seperate wall sounders and reduces installation costs and time.
